Earlier today I hit the wall and just wanted to go home. My eyes were burning, I had been going non-stop since September, 2024…no joke! It happens every Antique Show and today was the day, except I didn’t have a complete crying break down. Rick asked me to follow him to drop off his truck so I had some quiet time in the car. I began having a conversation with Jesus and telling him how tired I was and needed a break. After dropping the car off we went back to the Bake Shop and saw a car we didn’t recognize…Rick even said, “that’s a fun truck!” We walked in and Anne was telling them that we don’t have slices of pie, but have whole pies and the whole story. They were in the area looking at bluebonnets and stumbled upon us. They decided on a pie to take with them and next thing you know they asked if they could pray. Oh boy did they PRAY! Laid hands and quickly felt the Lord’s strength and rest poured out over us!
Next thing ya know, we cut that pie and had coffee together! Thank you Lord for seeing and knowing our needs and filling them quickly!!!!
